How To Be More Positive
We often times need a reminder on how we should give ourselves more credit in our efforts in relationships and personal life goals.
We are always going make mistakes, however we must use this as fuel on how to spearhead our future challenges. This post is not only remind myself but share to my friends that shit gets tough, but be positive... here are some tips on how!
1. Focus
You become what you perceive because where your focus goes, your success follows. If you are constantly fearing failure, you drift a percentage of your focus from actually succeeding. Focus your attention on positive outcomes.
2. Interpretation
You can’t control everything, but you can control how you interpret things. Nothing inherits one definition; everything requires your interpretation. Does one set back mean an open door to another opportunity or is this tragic reminder on how you suck at things? It is up to you to define that! You decide! You are the writer and the storyteller of your own life! Don’t be the audience.
3. Gratitude
Be thankful of things of all the things that are going very well, and this should simply this should put you in a better mood. This will condition you to be open minded. Constantly remind yourself of the things that are going right, because the things that are going right and your current accomplishments don't get enough credit.
